I BUILT ME - 8 WEEK BODYBYSTUDEE EXERCISE PROGRAM
I BUILT ME is designed to be a dedication, a mental and physical growth period, and your priority for the next 8 weeks. You can completely change yourself in this short time.
This program is split into 2-week phases. Each phase has different sets, repetitions. cardio length, and a few different exercises in the warm up.
As you move through the phases, you want to be increasing the resistance you use in your lifts. This should be doable because the repetitions decrease.
Half of the workouts include working the upper body, and the other half lower body. This design can fit many fitness goals, including two of the most common desires I get asked to help with: females wanting to build an hourglass shape and males wanting to put on as much muscle mass as possible.
What will be included in your 8-week I BUILT ME Exercise Program:
- Basic nutrition tips so you know where to begin
- Grocery list to hold you accountable at the store
- A list of required equipment to successfully complete the program
- Progress tracker to keep track of your body measurements
- Progress tracker to keep track of what weight/band you use for specific lifts
